Original storytelling and sharp market insights make Toronto’s Guru Studio an animation powerhouse

In a renovated schoolhouse in Jalasjärvi, Finland, nearly four hours north of Helsinki, three-year-old Urho Rauhala is waiting for a guest to arrive. He’s not sure what to expect, but he’s excited because this particular visitor is from Canada. And although Urho’s knowledge of world geography is somewhat limited at this point, he does know one very important thing about Canada — it’s where his favourite show, Paw Patrol, is made.
